Formerly known as Olson’s Resort, Mason’s Resort continues a long-standing tradition of welcoming anglers, campers, and families to the shores of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The name has changed. The fishing, the moorage, and the easy waterfront basecamp feel haven’t.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I stayed at a dry site on the water, in a tent. It comes with a fire pit, picnic table, and is steps from the water. Bathrooms are exceptionally well-maintained and the staff are fun and friendly. Store stocked with firewood, snacks, and other essentials. Right in the heart of the bay close to other food options. I don't fish, but after a week of backpacking, this place was the perfect peaceful oasis with everything I needed. It also seems to attract a quiet and respectful crowd. I love Mason's!

We stayed here for six weeks, and it was the most wonderful time we’ve ever had. The town is friendly and incredible. The fishing is outstanding. The people who run the resort are extremely friendly and helpful. We brought a child with special needs, and they were very understanding and supportive. If you’re into fishing, walks on the beach, searching for rocks and other treasures, or just enjoy small towns, then this is your place. I don’t think we’ve ever had a better experience. Just look at the pictures. Oh, and the sunrises... Just look at the pictures.
